• Each 100 grams contains the below ingredients: Ajwain, Maricha, Haridra, yashtimadhu, Shunthi, Hingu, and Saindhava lavana. 

Dose and Direction of Use

• 3-5 grams thrice a day with warm water, Honey, or as directed by the Physician.
