A. ORDERING
1. How do I place my order?
Step 1: Click on the Category of your choice.
Step 2: Click on ADD TO CART.
Step 3. Order Now
Step 4: You will have multiple options, Where you can log in (If you already have the Credentials) or register with your details / Facebook or Google Account. Or You can continue as a Guest.
Step 5. Provide Billing and shipping address
Step 6. Click on the SUMMARY
Step 7. Click on ORDER NOW
Step 8. Click on Pay with Razorpay
Once the Payment is made, Your Order will be placed successfully

2. How to claim the "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" offer?
When you purchase 2 units of the same product, our special offer will be automatically applied to your order. Upon delivery, you will receive an extra unit of the same product as a freebie. You will only be billed for the 2 units you initially selected, but you will enjoy a total of 3 units when your order arrives.
Similarly, this offer applies to any quantity of units you choose to buy. For every set of 2 units you purchase, you'll receive an additional unit for free upon delivery.
Please note that this offer is exclusively applicable to the purchase of the same unit of a product. Mixing different products in your cart will not qualify for this promotion.
3. Can I buy multiple products in a single order?
Yes. Add all the products you wish to buy into your shopping bag and complete your order. This way, you can save on any additional shipping as free shipping is available on the Purchase of INR 500 and above!
4. Can I ship the products to an address that is different from my billing address?
Yes. You can do this by filling in your address as the 'Billing address and the address you wish to ship it to as the 'Shipping address.
5. How do I know that my order is confirmed?
For all Orders, once you place your order, You will receive the Confirmation Message on the Screen, and You will receive the E-mail confirmation as well.
6. Can I leave items in my cart for a future purchase?
Yes, you can leave items in your cart. However, the price and availability of these products will be reflected on a real-time basis. Hence, there is a possibility that the product may go out of stock, or the offer on the product may expire from the time you add it to your cart.
7. Do I have to have an account to place an order?
No, you can continue as a guest, but if you make an account on our website to make your shopping experience swift and simple, you can enjoy rating and reviewing our products as per your experience, you can also check your previous orders that are pending and also be able to cancel and refund if you may want so.
8. How do I sign up for a Jindal Herbals account?
All you need to do is provide us with your name, email address, mobile number, and a password of your choice or you can directly log in from your Google and Facebook accounts.
9. What are the benefits of signing in?
Signing up for an account will give you benefits and give you a superior experience while shopping on Jindal Herbals. Your account allows you to:
- Track all past and present orders at any time in one place.
- Receive Notifications as soon as your favorite products are back in stock.
- Rate and review products.
- Never fill in your address and payment details more than once.
10. Can I order a product that is "Out of Stock"?
Unfortunately, products listed as "Out of Stock" are not available for sale. However, you can add the product to a wishlist and buy it as soon as it is available.
11. Why was my order payment rejected?
Currently, We only accept Indian credit cards (MasterCard/Visa), Amex Cards Issued in India, Singapore & United Kingdom (Safe Key Enabled), All Net Banking, All Debit Cards, Cash Cards, and mobile Payments options. Diners Cards are not accepted.
12. I cannot complete my registration, what do I need to do?
Contact us detailing the problem you have encountered. You can either email us at contact@jindalherbals.com or call us at 080-23717777 and our Customer Care will be happy to assist you.
13. I forgot my password; what can I do?
If you have forgotten your password, you can request your password to be sent to the email address you have previously registered with us by clicking the Forgot Password link. You will be taken to a page where you can enter your email address and a temporary password will be sent to you. We strongly recommend that you change this at your earliest convenience.
14. How do I make changes to my order?
Changes to the content of your order can be made by you at any point whilst placing your order. Once you have confirmed your order and made the payment, we regret to advise that no changes can be made to the content. If you have selected the incorrect products, please review our return procedure. Once the order has been completed, there is a limited opportunity to cancel the order with us. If you wish to do this, please call our Customer Care Team as soon as possible at 080-23717777. Please note that at this time, we will be unable to guarantee the successful cancellation of the order and advise that you check your order carefully before you confirm.
15. I bought a Product in the JNI (Jindal Naturecure Institute) Store, but it is not available on the Website.
There are a few products that are exclusively available at JNI (Jindal Naturecure Institue) Store, to buy those products you need to get in touch with Ms. Sujiya Prabhu - pro.sujaya@jindalnaturecure.org. Complete assistance will be provided with all the details to you by her team.
16. Can I place my order over the phone call?
Currently, you cannot place orders over a Phone call if you are facing any issues on our website, please contact us immediately at contact@jindalherbals.com or call us at 080-23717777 and we will assist you with the issue.
17. Can the product be ordered internationally?
Unfortunately, products are sold only in India.
18. Can I ship to multiple addresses?
We are unable to ship to multiple shipping addresses in a single order. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please place a different order for each delivery address. But you can have different Billing and Shipping addresses for the same order.
19. Is GST (Goods & Services Tax) included?
Yes, all prices shown are GST-inclusive.
20. I am having some issues with the site. What advice can you give me to place my order successfully?

21. How safe is it to use my debit/credit card or make an online payment on the Jindal Herbals website?
We use the CC Avenue Secure payment gateway for all card payments and also for Netbanking. These are standard secure payment methods so that we can ensure that all your online transactions with us are processed in an extremely safe manner. The 3D Secure password is an additional password that you'll be asked to enter after your card details are on the payment page. You'll be redirected to your individual bank's page where you'll have to enter the Verified by Visa password for Visa cards or SecureCode password for MasterCard cards. Your card-issuing bank will give this password to you, and you should have this password prior to shopping on our site.
22. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available on Orders?
Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on the Jindal Herbals website.
23. How can I use a Gift Voucher/Promotional code on my order?
When you have clicked on the 'Checkout' button, you will be directed to a section where you can enter your Gift Voucher/Promotional code. Upon entering the code, the valid amount/offer will automatically be applied to your order. You can then proceed to checkout and pay the remaining amount using your chosen form of payment.
B. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICIES
1. How does the delivery process work?
All our deliveries are serviced through well-reputed couriers. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your package's tracking number as well as the name of the courier company that is processing your order. You can use the tracking number to track the status of your package on the courier company's website.
2. What is the range of locations to which we ship our products?
We ship products throughout India, and all orders of Rs 1000 and above qualify for free domestic shipping. However, there is a flat shipping charge of Rs. 80 if your total order value is less than Rs. 1000.
For International Orders:
Unfortunately, products are sold only in India.
3. How Can I track my order?
We dispatch most orders within 24 hours (i.e. excluding Sundays and public holidays). You can track your order from your Account section to get an update on where your order is. For your convenience, there is a Track Your Order tab, which allows you to see the exact status of your order in real-time.
4. How are items packaged at Jindal Herbals?
Each product in your order is first bubble-wrapped and then placed in a sturdy carton. The box is then taped and prepared for shipping. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap.
C. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGES
1. What is your Online Return Policy?
We believe strongly in our products and their quality and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are disappointed in any way, we would like to know, please see our Returns and Refunds Policy.
2. How do I cancel my order?
Cancellations are allowed upon request without asking any questions with a refund of the full amount paid by the customer only if the product is not shipped from our warehouse.

3. How will I get a refund for my canceled orders, and how long will this process take?
Return/ Replacement requests for any Order should be submitted within 3 days of receiving the Product. List Refund or Replacement will be initiated only upon receiving the product. Refund Claim - Payment will be refunded within 10 working days upon receipt of the products.
4. What if I receive an incomplete, incorrect, or damaged order?
While we try our best to fulfill your orders correctly and in the best manner possible, for any complaints with regards to your order, please contact Customer Care within 3 days of your order delivery for resolution.
