Rasna saptaka kashya is a concentrated decoction prepared out of 7 herbs that are excellent anti-inflammatory agents. It is a traditional preparation used for the effective management of pain associated with lumbar spondylosis, cervical spondylosis, disc prolapse, pain over the sacral region, sciatica, and general musculoskeletal pain. For best results, a pinch or two of ginger powder can be mixed with kashaya and consumed.

Ingredients
- Each 100 ml is prepared from: Rasna, Aragvadha, Trikantaka, Punarnava, Amruta, Devadaru, and Eranda.
Dose and Direction of Use
- 10-20 ml twice a day or as directed by the physician.
